Hi! I am a fan of DirecTV's amazing customer service. DirecTV makes it easy to manage my account online or through a handy app. Through their app, I can view my account balance, check my plan details, pay my bill, upgrade or downgrade my package, and if needed, I can easily access directv customer service which is sometimes important to me. Needless to say, their customer service representatives are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
